The NWAAC Annual Pie-In is a scholarship fundraiser typically held the 3rd Saturday in August every year as a part of the long standing tradition of club Fly In events. The proceeds go directly into the Club's scholarship funds to support new pilot flight training. See our Scholarship page for more details.
This year's Pie-In combined with celebrating the airport re-opening was a Grand Success! Thank you to all the volunteers and vendors for helping make it such a great day, and we hope to see you all again next year.
The 2026 Pie In will be held on Sunday, September 27th, in front of the NWAAC Clubhouse at KSPB, the Scappoose, Oregon, airport. This is in conjunction with the KSPB Grand Reopening celebrating the newly refinished runway and lighting.
Fresh pies from Willamette Valley Pie Company served from 12-3pm - Marionberry, Apple, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Cherry, and Peach
Pie slices served with Tillamook ice cream - $10
Live music from the How Long Jug Band
Amelia's mexican cuisine food truck for lunch until 3pm
Biplane rides (weather permitting)
